郑 卓

1956年生,中山大学地球科学系教授、博士生导师、“第四纪地质学”学科带头人,2002年起担任中山大学地球科学系系主任。1987年在法国获得博士学位,1987-1990年中山大学生物学博士后。先后担任中国古生物学会理事、广东省地质学会副理事长、中国孢粉学分会副理事长、 “中国地质教育”杂志社编委会副主任,中国第四纪研究委员会热带亚热带专委会副主任、岭南考古研究中心理事、广东省地质学会环境地质与第四纪地质专业委员会主任、中山大学珠海校区地学实验室主任、2004年全球变化影响下的生态系统与生物多样性国际会议执行主席、第二十届国际孢粉学大会(2000年)组委会委员等。

目前主要从事第四纪地质学、全球变化科学、古环境生态学、环境考古学、海岸带环境地质与地质灾害等。在珠江三角洲、雷琼地区、韩江三角洲、南海及东海(冲绳海槽)等地进行了一系列第四纪环境方面的研究工作。应用第四纪生态学方法重建华南地区近几万年的生态环境演化和沉积环境演化,提出华南热带-亚热带地区冰期/间冰期的植被带垂直演变理论,证明了一些植物属种如陆均松、海桑属等的植物历史地理分布。在国家重点项目的资助下,建立了东亚地区古环境数据库,并利用数学模型定量恢复古气候,利用GIS和全球碳循环模型模拟了各种植被和环境参数的空间分布,在时间序列与空间序列的古环境研究已经发表了一系列具有国际前沿水平的研究成果。

先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、广东省自然科学基金项目、国际交流与合作项目、中法先进研究计划和其他省部级项目与横向项目二十多项。在国内外核心刊物发表论文70余篇。长期与国外进行密切的学术交流,分别与法国蒙皮利埃第二大学、法国马赛圣日尔科技大学、里昂第一大学、法国阿尔勃斯地中海欧洲研究中心、香港大学、德国柏林自由大学,以及美国、英国、比利时、瑞典、澳大利亚、俄罗斯、日本等一些学术单位有着密切和长久的合作关系。2004年被法国驻中国大使馆邀请,作为仅有的两个中国特邀代表之一参加在巴黎联合国教科文组织总部召开的法国总理西拉克、联合国教科文组织执行主席和多国首脑参加的全球生物多样性国际会议。

近年培养的研究生中,绝大部分都在国外有联合培养的经历,如获得法国政府的联合培养博士生计划,法国大学科研项目的博士生资助计划、教育部博士生联合培养计划等。同时,资助研究生出国参加国际学术会议,如澳大利亚的INQUA国际会议、德国的IPC国际会议、在南非的第四纪古环境数据库国际会议等.

(1) 高山沼泽泥炭湿地的生态环境与气候变化研究(合作研究单位:法国Montpellier II大学),重点研究区域:神农架地区、长江三峡、广西桂林地区、福建屏南地区;

(2) 闽江下游(福州地区)第四纪地质与海平面变化研究(合作单位:美国夏威夷大学);

(3) 黑龙江黑河地区和三江平原与俄罗斯阿穆尔地区湿地环境演变与气候变化(合作单位:莫斯科国家土壤研究所)

(4) 湛江玛珥湖火山口沉积的长序列沉积记录与冰期-间冰期季风变化研究(合作单位:香港大学)

(5) 澳门黑沙滩新石器环境考古(合作单位:澳门艺术博物馆)

(6) 越南热带植被生态的第四纪历史变迁(合作单位:越南河内大学)

(7) 中国原始银杉林及地中海地区上新世的植被历史和生态环境(合作单位:法国里昂第一大学)
