Brief Introduction
Gege and her group are interested in the tectonic evolution of the South China Sea, the genesis of submarine tectonic-landforms, and the processes and mechanisms of submarine hazards. Her research areas involve the development of new technologies for detecting submarine earthquakes, landslides, and active faults. By integrating various data, the research discusses and analyzes the seismogenic mechanisms and seismic hazards of active faults in marine areas.
