Brief Introduction
Zhigang Li is an associate professor at the Sun Yat-sen University. He received his Ph.D. in structural geology from Nanjing University in 2014. His current research projects are focused on: 1) Geophysical exploration of active faults in the northern South China Sea, and 2) Late Cenozoic structural deformation and evolution around the Tibetan Plateau. I have obtained abundant innovative results that were published in 21 first-author (and/or corresponding author) papers in high-impact international journals, including JGR: Solid Earth, EPSL, and Tectonics. Some of the research results as the main contents have been granted the second prize of natural science award in Ministry of Education in 2019.
