Brief Introduction
Ling Zhang, Associate Professor of Sun Yat-sen University. He received his bachelor’s degree in applied geophysics from Jilin University in 2014 and his doctor's degree in earth exploration and information technology from Jilin University in 2019. He was supported by the Postdoctoral
Innovation Talent Support Program of China, and joined Jilin University as a postdoctoral researcher. Later, he joined the State Key Laboratory of Lunar and Planetary Science of Macau University of Science and technology. His main research interests in the application of geophysical methods in deep space exploration and deep earth exploration. At present, dozens of articles have been published in international famous journals, including more than ten first/corresponding authors, including top journals such as EPSL, GRL, Geography and IEEE TGRS.

Research 

1) Research on the method, technology and geological interpretation of Ground Penetrating Radar in the exploration of the near surface structure on the moon and Mars (in-depth);
(2) Research on methods, technology and geological interpretation of spaceborne radar in detecting the near surface structure of the moon and Mars (just started);
(3) Research on methods, technology and geological interpretation of seismic and gravity magnetic methods in lunar and planetary structure exploration (to be carried out);
(4) It is expected to carry out relevant research on geophysical methods in deep earth and deep-sea exploration.
