个人简介 

周永章,主要从事地球化学、大数据与数学地球科学、资源环境与低碳经济学、资源环境与可持续发展跨学科教研工作。中山大学二级教授、博士生导师,俄罗斯工程院院士、俄罗斯自然科学院院士,加拿大Quebec大学博士。曾任中山大学科研处副处长、地球科学系(地球科学与工程学院前身)系主任。创办中山大学地球环境与地球资源研究中心和广东省地质过程与矿产探查重点实验室。兼任中国可持续发展研究会理事,中国矿物岩石地球化学学会理事、人工智能与大数据地球科学专业委员会主任委员,国际数字地球学会(ISDE)中国国家委员会空间地球大数据专业委员会主任委员,国际数学地球科学协会(IAMG)中国国家委员会共同主席。主持智能资源环境监测系统和智能找矿系统研发,出版首部《地球科学大数据挖掘与机器学习》;开展低碳价值链研究,发明智能碳表,获中国发明协会一等奖;开展资源环境一体化和区域可持续发展研究,提出珠三角城市群的成长和可持续发展模式。获国际数学地球科学协会Felix Chayes奖,是获该奖的第一位中国学者。在地球化学过程示踪与数学模拟、古海洋热水沉积、韧性剪切带型金矿、钦杭带成矿规律、应对气候变化的地质解决方案、资源环境智能监测与大数据驱动风险评估,以及绿色、低碳与ESG政治经济学等方面开展一系列有特色的研究。
